When answering a question please respect others. We all had to start somewhere and we should be encouraging others to succeed and learn. We really appreciate all of the experienced investors, owners and others donating their time and knowledge.
Thank you to everyone who uses, contributes to and supports this forum. Our goal is to bring information from differing viewpoints to anyone who currently owns a park or is just kicking the tires. Hopefully we will be able to get some fresh ideas out and help people avoid pitfalls as well.
